We are seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist cum Tele-Sales Associate to be the welcoming voice and face of our dynamic real estate company. This dual-role requires exceptional organizational skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor to manage the front office and drive sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries, maintain a tidy reception area, and handle office supplies.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct all incoming calls professionally, managing the main phone line and internal directory.
- Tele-Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls (cold and warm) to potential clients, explain our property offerings, and schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales and management teams with data entry, filing, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales leads in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a reception, administrative, or tele-calling role, preferably in Real Estate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
