We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to retailers and distributors via calls, WhatsApp, and chat. You'll resolve customer queries, assist newly onboarded users, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and chat.

Support retailers and distributors with onboarding, app usage, and order-related assistance.

Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, pricing, billing, and the app, escalating when required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate CRM/ticketing records and follow up until closure.

Share customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Graduate (or final-year student) with excellent communication skills.

Fluent in Telugu and Hindi/English; English for internal communication.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and take ownership of customer issues.
