Role Summary
Responsible for supporting SAP and Ariba-based procurement, commercial, and reporting activities for engineering and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP/Ariba procurement and commercial workflows.
- Manage PO tracking, invoice workflows, and procurement data.
- Support users in troubleshooting transactional issues.
- Generate SAP/Ariba reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP and/or SAP Ariba experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and commercial processes.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Understanding of project-based procurement workflows.
Soft Skills
- Good English communication and user support skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible for EST time-zone support.
