Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to promote life insurance products over phone calls, generate leads, explain policy benefits, and schedule meetings or closures for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, premiums, and policy terms.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for insurance advisors/sales managers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/software.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance regulations.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products.
- Ability to handle objections and customer queries.
- Computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Fluency in English and regional language preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
