As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing and configuring custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service workflows.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

- This position is based at our Indore office.
