As an HR Officer, you will support the Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR by learning recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding process: Help new employees with documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
- Employee records: Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files.
- Policy compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Employee engagement: Support HR initiatives like team-building activities, surveys, and events.
- Payroll assistance: Coordinate with finance for attendance, leave records, and salary processing.
Required Skills
- Communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA-HR.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
