Job Summary
Mayoori Furniture, Home Appliances & Electronics is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our growing team across Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture, home appliances, and electronics products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranties, and ongoing promotions.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Promote EMI and finance options available for customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Degree qualification.
- Experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
