We’re hiring a Full-Time Podcast Video Editor (who can also create Shorts)
This is a remote, work-from-home role.
Not looking for a basic editor.
We need someone who understands:
- Long-form podcast editing (clean cuts, pacing, flow)
- Turning episodes into high-retention Shorts/Reels
- Hooks, captions, and storytelling that keep people watching
What you’ll do:
- Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube
- Repurpose content into Shorts/Reels
- Identify viral moments from conversations
Requirements:
- Full-time availability (work from home)
- Good laptop/system (no lag work)
- Strong in Adobe Premiere Pro + Photoshop
- Fast and efficient execution
- Stable internet/WiFi connectivity
- Experience in podcast or talking-head content
- Strong portfolio (long-form + shorts both)
Bonus:
- Understanding of personal branding content
