- Financial Reporting & Finalization: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
- Hospital Billing & Revenue Cycle: Oversee patient billing, insurance claim processing, and manage accounts receivable/payable, ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other tax filings, as well as hospital-specific regulations.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in developing budgets, forecasting financial trends, and monitoring expenses to improve operational efficiency.
- Internal Audit & Control: Implement internal controls to mitigate risks, conduct audits, and reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies.
- Payroll & Vendor Management: Manage employee salary payments, tax documentation, and oversee vendor accounts.
- Supervision: Guide and mentor junior accounting staff, and improve financial systems through technology and automation.
