We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company products/services.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Franchise Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
