Key Responsibilities
- Promote LABe Health Card memberships to individuals, families, businesses, and organizations.
- Generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, and local networking.
- Explain the features and benefits of the Health Card to prospective customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly membership enrollment targets.
- Conduct door-to-door campaigns, market visits, apartment activities, corporate visits, and community outreach programs.
- Build relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, and local businesses.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects until enrollment.
- Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the Branch Manager.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Pharma, Telecom, or FMCG.
- Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
