Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers to join our recruitment team as Student Recruiters. The role involves connecting with students, coordinating campus hiring activities, screening candidates, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and connect with students through colleges, social media, and job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support campus drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Promote internship and job opportunities to students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and candidates.
Eligibility
- Graduate or MBA (HR/Marketing preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
