We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ANM Nursing Staff member to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, assist doctors and senior nursing staff, and ensure patient comfort and safety while maintaining professional standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care and support to patients as per hospital protocols
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any abnormalities to the concerned doctor or nurse
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in patient care areas
- Assist in dressing wounds and performing routine nursing procedures
- Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
- Ensure patient comfort and provide emotional support when needed
Requirements:
- ANM qualification from a recognised institution
- Valid nursing registration as per applicable regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital procedures
- Prior experience in a hospital setting will be an added advantage
