About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience at our Palladium boutique. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and jewelry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling consultations.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend products that suit their style and occasion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, and product features.
- Support store events, launches, and client engagement initiatives.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Desired Profile
- 2–3 years of retail experience in fashion, jewelry, luxury, premium lifestyle, or apparel brands.
- Fashion background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
