Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta campaigns, ad scripting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. The candidate should be able to create engaging ad scripts and manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop engaging ad scripts and content ideas for video and static advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and video content.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and performance marketing trends.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and conversion tracking.
- Strong ad scripting and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and basic analytics is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
