- Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets.
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify and acquire new customers across industrial and fabrication sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies for the assigned region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to deliver high performance.

- Experience in the welding, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong background in B2B sales, dealer and distributor management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and market development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
