Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Saral Software
Ensure timely and accurate salary processing
Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS
Maintain employee payroll records and reports
Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll-related activities
Requirements:
Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with Saral Software preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
