Technical Project / Program Manager – Supplier Engineering & Quality Role Definition: Lead supplier engineering and quality programs, ensuring supplier readiness, compliance, cost optimization, and on-time delivery across NPI and sustaining projects.

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.9–14+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Supplier Engineering, Manufacturing, or NPI environments.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Lead NPI, supplier transfer, and sustaining engineering programs.Manage supplier qualification, audits, and capability assessments.Drive supplier performance improvements across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).Track project milestones, risks, and improvement roadmaps.Provide executive-level project visibility and stakeholder communication.Capture and deploy Best Known Methods (BKM) across teams.
Skill Requirements
Preferred: Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
Other Requirements
1.Certification in Component Cost Estimation methodologies is a plus.
