Job Summary
Vishant Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of office stationery and workplace supply solutions to corporate clients, educational institutions, and businesses. The role involves generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, presenting product solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. In B2B sales roles, professionals typically identify business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify potential corporate clients such as offices, schools, hospitals, and institutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and field visits.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Present and promote the company’s office stationery product range.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and bulk supply solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients.
3. Relationship Management
- Build strong long-term relationships with corporate customers.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries.
4. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track sales pipeline and update CRM or sales reports.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
5. Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor competitors and market trends in the office supplies industry.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities.
6. Order Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (office supplies, FMCG, or distribution preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
