We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our automobile operations. The role involves hiring for sales, and service positions while supporting bulk and critical hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
· Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
· Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
· Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
· Provide necessary training and resources to help new employees acclimate to their roles.
· Work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
