Cabot is looking for candidates who can join our web application development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and developing advanced web-based applications. He/she should design, evaluate, update and maintain object oriented applications in PHP. Also the person should be able to prioritize, execute and deliver projects on time.
- Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications
- Extensive involvement in all aspects of the project development cycle using PHP5 and OOPS concepts
- Participating in Code Review and walkthroughs
- Ensuring foolproof performance of the deliverable
- Coordinating with co-developers and sending regular updates about project status
- Experience in working with frameworks such as CodeIgniter/ Yii/ Zend
- Must be conversant with AJAX, JSON, REST, SOAP
- Must be good at JQuery, Ext JS, Javascript
- Cross platform / technology adaptability
- Experience with Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn APIs, a plus
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Rails or Python and mobile web programming will be an added advantage
- Experience Required: 2 years or more
- Academic Qualification: Graduation in any discipline/ Diploma in Engineering
