- Handle daily office administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier, and packages.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Monitor and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Support HR and Accounts with documentation and data entry as required.
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
- Visit banks, government offices, courier offices, vendors, and other external locations whenever required for official company work.
- Handle document submission, collection, and other office-related tasks outside the office as assigned by the management.
- Must be willing to travel locally for official duties whenever required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
