About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused Cashier to manage billing operations and payment transactions while delivering an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cashiering, billing, and customer service within retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing through POS systems.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and digital payments accurately.
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and billing reports.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment collection.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve basic billing queries.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth billing activities.
- Follow company billing procedures and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or Billing Executive.
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Entertainment, Supermarkets, or Food & Beverage preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS billing systems.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- English, Hindi, and Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
