Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, promoting FMCG items, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role combines customer service, sales, and basic store upkeep to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
- Promote products and upsell when appropriate.
- Maintain attractive product displays and shelf arrangements.
- Ensure products are properly tagged with prices and offers.
- Refill shelves and monitor stock levels regularly.
- Help with daily stock checks and report low inventory.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and floors.
- Handle minor billing or cashier duties when needed.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards as per store policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; customer-relation is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a retail/FMCG environment preferred.
Skills:
- Basic sales and customer service skills.
- Friendly attitude and good communication.
- Ability to stand for long hours and work on shifts.
- Basic knowledge of product categories (groceries, personal care, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts including weekends .
- Physically active role; standing and light lifting involved.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
