Position : SCM Lead
Office Location: Pathredi, Gurugram
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Preference for this position is required who responsible for handling Auto SCM processes.
2)Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Plant, and Logistics for smooth execution.
3) Handle end-to-end Auto SCM order processing and dispatches as per schedules.
4) Well versed with Auto planning N+2 model.
5)Customer communication through mails & calls regarding current order status.
6) To update customer on there order status to enable them have effective planning.
7) To Review customer's FG against order on daily basis and get the dispatch clearances.
8) To update on Raw Material status against booked order for effective planning.
9)Proactive communication to be done against booked order in case of RM delays / availability to seek consent on order execution.
Inter department Coordination for order execution as per commitment.
Effective Response time to internal customers.
1) To coordinate with PPC for processing of orders, Logistics for Dispatches, Quality to review RM suitability, F&A for all commercial activities, RM related communication to CMP
2) Consolidated MIS for Status Reports of Stock, OBD & Dispatch
3) Immediate initial response to internal dept. queries followed by resolution plan to conclude the task.
POP Hygiene :-
1) Monitoring POP daily for order execution, processing, dispatch, short close, RM Status updation. 2) Monitoring high aged order > 60 days or commitment lapsed orders to clear them from POP by taking appropriate action.
Stock Hygiene:-
3) Monitoring & clearing of non moving FG & SFG stock to prevent it from getting aged further.
4) Monitoring & taking up with PPC & Quality for the remarks mentioned by them in stock report for keeping them updated to enable concern to take a proper disposable decision.
Response to customer queries, Follow up for overdue & payments pending by customer with CAM's / Customer for hassle free dispatches. :-
1) Immediate response to queries with proper data / information to customer & to take up with concern departments
2) Following with customers / CAM's for overdues & receivables for effective planning and dispatches.
Requirement:
Any Bachelors Degree - BBA,B.COM, B.Sc, DME, DEE
Experience in Steel Processing preference in Auto Business -SCM
Advanced MS Excel Analytics.
