Role Objective:
To spearhead the end-to-end delivery of Automation Projects projects across India. This role acts as the central node between Engineering, Planning, and SCM to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with enhanced profitability (Delivery Margin).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Operations Management: Simultaneously manage a portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring zero 'drift' in timelines and strict adherence to technical sequences.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Synchronize with Engineering for design, Planning for schedules, and SCM for material mobilization to prevent site delays.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L at the project level. Increase delivery margins and proactively reduce Project Management Costs (PMC).
- Commercial Cycle: Oversee billing, collection, and statutory compliance (GST, labor laws, etc.). Ensure healthy project cash flow.
- Vendor Management: Source and 'pull in' high-quality subcontractors; manage their performance to meet Graylinx quality and EHS standards.
- Technical SME: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in both leadership and technical domains (Chiller Plant logic, HVAC simulation).
- Project Closure: Manage the transition from project execution to the maintenance/AMC phase with full documentation.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
