Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance & Accounts Manager to support the organization's financial operations, accounting functions, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and experience in managing day-to-day finance activities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Review journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.
- Support forecasting and financial planning activities.
Banking & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow and fund requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, loans, and banking facilities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and treasury-related activities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of working capital.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate tax filings and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Keep updated with changes in financial and tax regulations.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide Accounts Executives and Finance Staff.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in finance department operations.
- Support training and development of team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance..
Experience
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit coordination, and cash flow management.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
