About the Role
As an Asst Growth Manager, you will work closely with the Growth Team to power the business development engine - from research before meetings to decks, internal presentations, and follow-ups. This role is ideal for an extrovert who is curious, sharp with research, and loves talking to people.?

Support the Growth Manager with day-to-day research, decks for meetings, pitches, and reviews.?

Conduct secondary research on brands, categories, competitors, and market trends for prospecting.?

Help in preparing and structuring pitch decks, case-study presentations, and internal review documents.?

Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance, account management) for data, inputs, and updates.?

Maintain and update trackers for outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.?

Join client/prospect meetings where required for note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.?

MBA (Marketing / Communications / Business) from a recognized institute - must.?

1+ year of experience in sales in agencies

Strong communication skills - fluent, confident, and well spoken in English (knowledge of Hindi/Kannada is a plus).?

Comfortable with MS PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, and basic documentation tools.?

Prior internship/experience in a creative, digital, or advertising agency.?

Experience making decks, case studies, or pitch documents for college projects, fests, or internships.?

Demonstrated people skills - leading clubs, committees, events, or sales/BD internships.?

Strong online research skills and interest in brands, marketing campaigns, and consumer trends.?

Comfort with tools like LinkedIn, CRM sheets, and basic outreach or email tools.?

Hands-on exposure to how pitches, meetings, and negotiations actually work.?
