Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
This role is strictly for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Company, Website Development Agency, Software Company, or Business Development Environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly professional Sales Analyst / Business Growth Executive who can understand client requirements, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
This is not a telecalling role.
We need someone who can confidently communicate with business owners, understand their challenges, present solutions, and close deals professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and sell software solutions, website development services, and agency packages.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present proposals, pricing, and service packages confidently.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and client communication records.
- Contribute ideas for business growth, lead generation, and revenue expansion.

- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Experience handling direct client meetings is mandatory
