Job Overview
eQOURSE is looking for experienced JEE Subject Matter Experts, Content Developers, Question Solvers, Reviewers, and Faculty to work on JEE Main & JEE Advanced academic content and projects.
We are seeking academically strong professionals with excellent conceptual clarity and a deep understanding of JEE-level Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
Candidates with 10+ years of teaching or academic experience are preferred. Professionals from Kota's JEE coaching ecosystem will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality JEE Main & JEE Advanced study material.
- Create JEE-level questions across different difficulty levels.
- Solve questions and prepare detailed, accurate solutions.
- Review questions and solutions for conceptual and calculation accuracy.
- Develop chapter-wise content, concept notes, practice material, and question banks.
- Contribute to JEE Main & Advanced test paper development.
- Analyse questions for difficulty level, conceptual depth, and exam relevance.
- Identify and correct errors in questions, solutions, and academic content.
- Ensure all content meets high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Work on academic projects based on expertise and availability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of teaching or academic experience preferred.
- Strong command of JEE Main & JEE Advanced concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and conceptual skills.
- Experience in JEE question creation, solving, solution writing, or content development.
- Strong understanding of JEE Main & Advanced exam patterns and difficulty levels.
- Ability to create accurate, structured, and exam-oriented academic content.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a senior faculty member at a reputed JEE coaching institute.
- Experience with Kota's JEE coaching ecosystem.
- Experience developing JEE study material, test series, question banks, or academic content.
- Previous experience as a question setter, reviewer, Subject Matter Expert, or academic content developer.
