About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and presentable Sales / Store Assistant to be the face of our store and create a smooth, welcoming experience for customers. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands retail basics, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized store.
You’ll be working in a premium food retail environment, helping customers discover our products while ensuring the store looks and runs at its best.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and queries
- Maintain displays, shelves, and overall store presentation
- Support billing and POS operations
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked
Requirements
- Good spoken English (important for customer interaction)
- Strong customer service skills
- Retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Presentable, proactive, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
Schedule
- 6 day work week
- Fixed weekly off
