ey Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and inducting new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address staff grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and support employee engagement activities.
- Records and Administration: Maintain accurate personnel files, update databases, and manage attendance or leave tracking.
- Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Performance and Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and coordinate training programs.
- Exit Management: Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full and final settlements
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of working experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS/HRMS). [1, 2]
Pay: ₹25,017.64 - ₹43,109.81 per month
