Job description
Manage daily site operations,
ensuring interior projects,
meet design specs,
quality and safety standards,
coordinating contractors
tracking progress and solving on-site issues to deliver projects on time and budget.
Location: Trivandrum & Kochi
- Project manager (Interior)
Documentation: Maintain project reports, documentation and updates.
Team Leadership : Supervise design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Client Mangement : Laise with clients, understand needs, provide updates.
Project Planning and Execution : Develop plans, schedules, budgets, oversee all phases.
Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Must have 6 yr experience in interior field
Salary : 65000- 75000
Location : Trivandrum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
