Guest Relations & Service Delivery
- Welcoming Guests: Greet and seat guests warmly, manage table reservations, and organize seating charts to maximize dining room efficiency.
- Menu Consultation: Explain the menu, provide recommendations, identify dietary restrictions or food allergies, and drive revenue through upselling specials or high-margin items.
- Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Quality Control: Monitor table service timelines, verify the presentation and accuracy of dishes before they reach the table, and serve courses enthusiastically.
- Complaint Resolution: Step in immediately to handle customer complaints or delays calmly, providing swift solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
