Job Role: Senior Executive Assistant – Business & Client Coordination
Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional and analytical Senior Executive Assistant to work closely with the Director/Owner. The candidate should have strong business understanding, financial awareness (non-accounting), advanced Excel skills, MIS/data management expertise, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Director on business coordination and operational support.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, business data, and performance trackers.
- Handle advanced Excel reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure excellent customer relationship management.
- Support business decisions through data-driven insights and reporting.
- Monitor sales and operational performance metrics.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in follow-ups, business meetings, and strategic coordination.
- Ensure smooth handling of high-priority business activities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel mandatory).
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Good understanding of finance and business operations (non-accounting role).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, organized, and capable of handling leadership-level coordination.
- Prior experience as Executive Assistant, MIS Executive, or Business Coordinator preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
