About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Strategist to lead our social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in paid social advertising (Meta & LinkedIn) along with proven experience in organic growth strategies, brand positioning, and lead generation campaigns.
This is a senior-level position requiring strategic thinking, campaign optimization skills, and strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation funnels.
- Identify new social media trends, tools, and growth opportunities.
Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Meta Advertising
- Expertise in running campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Setup, manage, and optimize:
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Conversion Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Brand Awareness Campaigns
- Pixel setup, event tracking & funnel optimization.
- A/B testing creatives, copy, audience segmentation.
- Reduce CPL, increase ROAS.
- LinkedIn Advertising
- Plan and execute B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads.
Manage:
- Lead Gen Forms
- Sponsored Content
- Message Ads
- Retargeting Campaigns
- Target decision-makers, CXOs & industry-specific audiences.
- Optimize campaigns for B2B lead quality.
Organic Social Media Growth
- Manage and scale company profiles across platforms.
- Improve engagement rate & follower growth.
- Community management and brand voice alignment.
- Influencer collaboration planning (if required).
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate.
- Weekly & monthly performance reports.
- Use data insights to refine strategy.
- Budget allocation & scaling strategy planning.
Team & Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior social media executives.
- Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives.
- Guide content writers for performance-based copy.
