- Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for aesthetic treatments and packages.
- Drive revenue generation by maximizing conversions, upselling premium services, and cross-selling add-on treatments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase clinic profitability and service utilization.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
- Handle high-value client consultations and convert inquiries into confirmed treatment bookings.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Design and promote treatment packages, memberships, and seasonal offers to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and therapists to align sales with treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to optimize revenue strategies.
- Ensure strong client retention through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service, contributing to recurring revenue
