Core Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Market & Territory Management
- Plan and manage daily field activities within assigned territory
- Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence
- Identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Update CRM systems with customer and sales data
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
Performance & Growth
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Participate in training programs and sales meetings
- Represent the company professionally in the field
