We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with proven experience in managing projects, clients, and cross-functional teams. The role involves coordinating development teams, overseeing code reviews and software delivery, interacting with international clients, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution.
- Lead and Mentor the Development Team – Guide junior developers, conduct code
reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Client Communication & Requirement Gathering – Understand client needs, provide
technical insights, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Architect and Develop Scalable Solutions – Design high-quality, maintainable, and
scalable applications using modern tech stacks.
- Implement and Enforce Git Best Practices – Define workflows, branching strategies,
and ensure smooth code collaboration.
- Ensure Agile Development Process – Lead sprint planning, standups, and
retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Optimize Code Quality and Security – Implement coding standards, security measures,
and performance optimizations.
- Oversee Deployment & DevOps Practices – Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate
deployments, and ensure system reliability.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Work with product managers, designers, and other
stakeholders to align technical goals with business needs.
- 5+ Years of Full Stack Development Experience – Strong expertise in any backend or
Frontend framework and modern development frameworks and still doing more than
50% of coding.
- Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills – Experience leading a team, conducting code
reviews, and guiding developers.
- Excellent Communication & Client Handling – Ability to translate technical details into
business language and vice versa.
- Deep Understanding of Agile & Scrum – Hands-on experience in sprint planning,
backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Expertise in Git Best Practices – Well-versed in branching strategies, pull request
workflows, and version control policies.
- Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to analyze complex issues, find
solutions, and make quick decisions.
- Cloud & DevOps Knowledge – Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ready to work in US shift if needed
