Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration and finance-related activities. The role primarily focuses on employee attendance management, payroll processing, HR documentation, and finance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR) Duties:
- Maintain employee attendance records and leave management.
- Monitor employee punctuality, absenteeism, and attendance reports.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and workplace procedures.
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, and HR policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, letters, and records.
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.
- Support HR administrative and performance-related documentation.
Finance Duties:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records, salary statements, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and LOP calculations.
- Track employee attendance for salary processing and payroll accuracy.
- Coordinate salary processing and payroll approvals.
- Maintain finance-related records and documentation.
- Assist in petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Handle basic accounting entries.
- Work with accounting and financial software, including Zoho Books, for record management and financial tracking.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com or relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, payroll, and finance operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and payroll/HR software.
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Candidates with strong Accounting background
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
