To manage and execute end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate time office management, and efficient handling of employee lifecycle activities.
Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and documentation for new employees
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
- Coordinate with departments for joining readiness
Time Office & Attendance Management
- Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records
- Monitor biometric systems and time office compliance
- Support payroll inputs related to attendance & leave data
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records from joining to exit
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations
- Ensure all HR records are updated and compliant
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee data, personal files, and HR MIS reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance
- Support audits related to HR documentation
Employee Support
- Address employee queries related to HR operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR services delivery
