Roles:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
- Handle attendance, leave records, and HR operations
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Maintain positive workplace culture and employee relations
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes
- Support payroll coordination and compliance activities
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring and performance discussions
- Support appraisal and employee feedback processes
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Update HRMS and recruitment trackers regularly
Qualification:
- MBA HR / BBA / B.Com / Graduate in relevant field
- HR certifications - Good to have
