Looking for ASM (Sales), Experienced from FMCG.
Age: upto 50 years
Education: Graduate with strong verbal communication and leadership skills
Experience: 7+ years experience of sales in FMCG
Salary: Rs. 40,000 PM to Rs. 50,000 PM + Travelling & Daily allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribution Network Development: Appointment of distributors and expansion of retail network.
- Sales Target Management: Meet and exceed sales targets in your region.
- Market Visits: Regularly visit wholesalers, distributors, and dealers to promote the products and foster strong relationships.
- Product Promotion: Drive the introduction of new products and seasonal promotions.
- Team Leadership: Develop and Lead a team of 4-5 sales officers.
- Order Management: Ensure orders are recorded and communicated promptly to the sales office.
Skills Required:
- Lead Generation
- Field Sales
- Strong Leadership and good communication skills
- Experience in Distributor Sales, Dealer Sales, Retail Channel Sales, and General Trade
- Familiarity with Home Decor Sales and FMCG products
