We are looking for a proactive, growth-driven Business Analyst to join our Kochi team to meet prospective client companies, analyze market needs, and expand our footprint across the region.
Role Overview
In this role, you will bridge data analytics and strategic client acquisition. You will be actively visiting new companies across Kochi, presenting tailored digital marketing strategies, and helping businesses optimize their growth. This position comes with monthly performance targets, offering a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits & Client Meetings: Travel locally across Kochi to connect with new businesses, pitch digital marketing solutions, and build strong professional relationships.
- Market Research & Lead Analysis: Identify target industries, conduct competitor analysis, and discover new business opportunities within the Kochi market.
- Strategy & Pitching: Tailor marketing proposals and presentation decks backed by data and digital insights to showcase how MaSs can drive client sales.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly business acquisition and outreach targets.
- Campaign & Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into executable campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Transportation (Mandatory): Must own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) with a valid driving license for local travel in Kochi.
- Communication & Pitching Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam, with the confidence to present to business founders and executives.
- Analytical & Marketing Knowledge: Foundational understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation) and comfort working with data.
- Target-Oriented: Self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to hit monthly goals and earn performance incentives.
