Position: Medical Document Reviewer (Fresher)
Location: DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient records, reports, and medical documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify clinical and patient information.
- Enter and update medical data in company systems.
- Perform quality checks and correct documentation errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of healthcare information.
- Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and productivity targets.
- Report missing or inconsistent information to the team.
Eligibility
- Freshers can apply.
- B.Sc Nursing should be relevant due to the medical knowledge involved.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts is preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of medical terminology.
- Typing speed: approximately 28WPM with accuracy.
- MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential medical records.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
