Position: Personal Assistant Manager
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Assistance, Lifestyle Management, Hospitality, or Administration.
- Experience managing household operations, vendors, and personal staff will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Household Management
- Supervise household staff including housekeepers, drivers, cooks, and domestic helpers.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day household operations.
- Manage household budgets, inventories, and service contracts.
Event & Lifestyle Management
- Organize personal events, celebrations, family gatherings, and special occasions.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and event logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and service providers.
- Arrange gifts and special requirements for important occasions.
Family Support
- Coordinate family schedules, appointments, and activities.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and vacation planning.
- Support school-related activities and requirements for children.
- Handle personal errands and special requests as needed.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise personal assistants and support staff.
- Delegate responsibilities and monitor task completion.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure high standards of service quality and efficiency.
