Purchase Executive – Hotel Industry (Pet pooja Experience Mandatory)
Job Summary
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities for hotel operations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely availability of materials, and proper inventory control. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Pet pooja POS & Inventory Management System, particularly in managing purchase entries, stock control, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and evaluate vendors for food & beverage, housekeeping, engineering, and general supplies.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requisitions.
- Develop and maintain vendor database and performance records.
2. Petpooja System Management (Mandatory)
- Create and manage purchase entries in Petpooja.
- Update stock inward/outward entries in the system.
- Maintain item masters, vendor masters, and price updates.
- Generate inventory and consumption reports from Petpooja.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock records.
- Monitor recipe mapping and raw material usage (for F&B operations).
3. Inventory Control
- Coordinate with stores and department heads for stock requirements.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and reorder points.
- Prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits and variance analysis.
4. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
- Ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets.
- Monitor daily/monthly purchase reports.
- Analyze price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of purchase bills, GRNs, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant procurement.
- Hands-on working experience in Pet pooja (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of F&B inventory management.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
