Role Objective
The HR Head will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the entire HR system of Cyberchrome. This role is focused on building a structured, disciplined, and performance-driven team culture aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR System Development
- Design and implement complete HR policies and SOPs
- Build a structured organizational hierarchy (Team Leaders, Departments, Reporting flow)
- Develop employee lifecycle systems (Hiring → Onboarding → Performance → Exit)
- Ensure the company operates in a system-driven structure, not person-dependent
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Plan and execute hiring strategies for all departments
- Create job descriptions and hiring pipelines
- Conduct interviews and shortlist high-quality candidates
- Focus on hiring growth-oriented and disciplined professionals
3. Performance Management System
- Implement KPI-based performance tracking
- Monitor employee productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with team leaders for performance reviews
- Develop reward, incentive, and penalty systems
4. Employee Discipline & Culture
- Maintain strict professional communication systems
- Ensure no direct dependency between employees and top management (structured communication only through team leaders)
- Build a high-performance, no-nonsense work culture
- Handle employee conflicts and disciplinary actions
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
- Develop onboarding training systems for new employees
- Improve team productivity through continuous learning
6. Payroll & Compliance
- Manage salary structures, attendance, and leave systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track hiring metrics, employee performance, and retention rates
- Provide regular reports to management
- Suggest improvements based on data
