Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Program Management expert to lead cross-functional software projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and agile delivery.
Experience: 8 to 15 years of overall experience in IT/Product Engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.

Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor progress and proactively address risks, dependencies, and issues.

Drive daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).

Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical and business teams.

Manage change requests and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project metrics (cost, schedule, quality) and report to management.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

8 to 15 years of total experience with 8+ years in project management.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.

Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

PMP / CSM certification is a plus.
