We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise programs and establish governance, operational frameworks, and execution models across the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can build structure, define processes, manage stakeholders, oversee vendors, and drive operational excellence while ensuring successful program outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs involving governance, service delivery, infrastructure, security operations, resource planning, vendor management, and organizational change initiatives.

Establish and maintain enterprise program governance frameworks, processes, and controls.

Define operating models, reporting structures, escalation mechanisms, and decision-making forums.

Drive executive governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and program reporting.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.

Partner with business leaders, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Provide regular program updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Facilitate alignment across multiple functions and business units.

Manage strategic vendors, partners, and service providers.

Oversee contract governance, vendor performance, compliance, and service quality.

Drive vendor accountability through structured reviews and governance mechanisms.

Lead resource planning, capacity management, and workforce allocation.

Ensure effective utilization of resources across multiple initiatives.

Support service delivery governance and operational performance management.

Collaborate with relevant teams to govern infrastructure, facilities, assets, and security operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
